Movement Offerings
Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga links physical asanas, or postures, with breath (pranayama) in fluid movement. Increases strength, flexibility, focus, balance, and prana, our life force energy.
Yin
Yin yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga with poses held for 1-5 mins. Yin provides physical and emotional release by stretching the muscle fascia. Increases flexibility, regulates sleep cycles and promotes relaxation. Yin is recommended during one’s moon cycle.
Yin/Yang
Sun/Moon classes combine grounding yin poses with vinyasa-style flow for well-rounded benefits. This is a beginner-friendly class honoring the yin/yang, feminine/masculine, sun/moon, light/dark elements in all life.
Barre
Barre classes focus on intentional, slow, and controlled mind-muscle engagement. Classes maintain the integrity and mindfulness of yoga paired with the toning and strength-building benefits of Barre, w/o the barre. Bodyweight and optional 1-3 lb weights are used. This class is designed for adrenally fatigued individuals seeking fitness.

One-on-One
Yoga was originally taught one-on-one before Western influence brought us to studios. 1:1 sessions preserve the richness of yoga philosophy and pose alignment. Whether you are a complete newbie or an experienced yogi, a private lets us focus on your intentions to expand your well-being!
Noelle holds space for you to clear your mind and return home to your body. Offer yourself some self-compassion and prioritize time to unwind.
Small Group
Gather your family, friends, or significant others for an accessible personalized yoga experience! Small group sessions may be hosted in the comfort of your residence or an outdoor public space.
